Return Process

  Ensure your Heelys are in brand new, resellable condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to protect the branded packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
